With Chef Antonio Mora’s guidance, we’re making these savory dinner pies in the new shop! Succulent local chicken is braised with celery, carrots, onions, garlic, cremini mushrooms, smoked bacon, and thyme to form the hearty filling which is wrapped up in a flaky butter crust. Nourishing, cozy, and easy-peasy—just pop it in the oven to warm and dinner is DONE! Serves 4.

Bakery helper Sarah Russell is bringing her long-perfected homemade frozen custard recipe to the bakery for all our fall à la mode needs! A pint of rich, flavorful custard made with local dairy, eggs, cinnamon and cardamom and churned to creamy (I mean, INSANELY creamy) perfection to garnish your pie—or eat straight from the tub.

Pretzel crust, a layer of peanuts and caramel, and a layer of dark chocolate ganache, with a touch of flaky salt. Inspired by my favorite Halloween candy (Take 5!! Remember those?!), this pie is for adults who don't want to do the legwork of trick or treating but want alllll the gooey rich goodness:)
