The season’s first sweet strawberries from the Hudson Valley, tangy rhubarb from Roxbury, a touch of sugar, lemon, and ginger in an all-butter crust and finished with a thick brown butter crumble. Tart, sweet, and buttery, this classic pie combo is the one we’ve all been waiting for!

Where do I buy my pie?

  • Pre-order your pies here on the sight (ABOVE) for pickup at *the pie hole* — 103 Main St. in Andes, NY on Saturday JUNE 14TH, 9-2. THIS WILL BE THE FINAL BAKE IN ANDES.

  • Magpies is in the process of moving to DELANCEY. June baking will be sporadic—BUT LOTS OF PIES STARTING IN JULY 2025!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE <3

  • starting in july 2025, The weekly menu will go live every tuesday. You can find it right here, or have it delivered to your inbox by signing up for my weekly newsletter (keep scrolling to enroll).

  • Starting in july 2025, pies will be available at: The delhi farmers market wednesdays 10-2, montgomery place orchards on fridays, at all area retailers, and at the new DELANCEY SHOP for weekend pickup.
