Succulent local chicken is braised with celery, carrots, onions, garlic, cremini mushrooms, smoked bacon, and thyme to form the hearty filling which is wrapped up in a flaky butter crust. Nourishing, cozy, and easy-peasy—just pop it in the oven to warm and dinner is DONE! Serves 4.
Plump and juicy local, organic blueberries from North Star Farm in Franklin, a touch of sugar and lemon, in a butter crust and topped with a cinnamon-y brown-butter crumble. Simple, heavenly <3

the pie stand outside the shop—we put fresh pies out whenever we’ve got em! Your best bet in winter is on sunday afternoons!
