for the 2nd annual magpies pie eating contest at andes community day!
last year was messy, delicious, hilarious, and insane. you won’t want to miss it!
find me during the 11 am parade or afterwards in the Andes Hotel courtyard to sign up!
Juicy Hudson Valley peaches, Andes’ own Hillside honey (infused with dried chilis!), and lots of lime in an all-butter crust and finished with a buttery cornmeal crumble. Oh that subtle, sweet heat on these warm summer days!
Crunchy salted shortbread crust, a layer of luscious homemade caramel, and topped with a layer of dark chocolate ganache—plus a packet of flaky salt to sprinkle for serving. Inspired by my favorite British cookie, this salty-sweet confection is as decadent as they come :)
