The rhubarb is just long enough to trim (thank GOODNESS I thought the day would never come! Thank you to Tovey’s Farm for this bounty in the chilly spring:) Fresh, tender rhubarb is tossed in a little sugar, lemon, and a big grate of fresh ginger in an all-butter crust and topped with a brown butter crumble. Heaven in May. WE MADE IT!
