One of my favorite late summer combos, this one combines juicy local nectarines with Hudson Valley blackberries and is sweetened with Hillside honey in an all butter crust and topped with a crisp cornmeal crumble. This combo is so flavorful, it reminds us that though nights are chilly, we’ve got lots of sunny days left here in the Catskills.
