This hearty pie is filled to the brim with a blend of of local grass-fed ground lamb from our friends at Platner Brook Farm just up the road, plus some carrots, peas, and lots of herbs. It comes topped with a big swirl of extra creamy mashed potatoes and is snuggled into an all-butter crust (because you can’t call it a pie unless it’s got that flaky crunch)! Serves 4 for dinner, so you don’t have to cook after that vigorous egg hunt:)
